The inaugural Vancouver USA Arts & Music Festival is coming to Vancouver, Washington.

Free and open to all ages, the Vancouver Arts & Music Festival invites you to enjoy three days of world-class music, art, dance, food and fun! Stages, pop-up galleries, family activities and food vendors will be available throughout downtown Vancouver and Esther Short Park.

Downtown Vancouver

Explore festival events in Vancouver’s historic downtown and vibrant arts district, including delicious street food, Northwest dining and award-winning wineries

Mainstage performances from festival headliners, dance, spoken word and hands-on children’s activities.

Meet local artists and find a masterpiece to take home. 

Exciting performances featuring musical styles from around the world.

Friday night art walk and Opera a la Cart performance at the mobile stage.

Additional festival events will be held at Kiggins Theatre, Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, and Vancouver Farmers Market.

The festival will draw visitors to Vancouver’s historic downtown and emerging arts district, growing the city’s creative economy and supporting local businesses.

FAQs

We’re looking forward to seeing you at the Vancouver Arts & Music Festival this summer! This is an outdoor festival, so please come prepared for summer weather and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. 

All activities, performances and concerts are free and open to all ages. There will be food vendors and art available for purchase.
All aspects of the festival are family friendly.  The lawn south of the playground in Esther Short Park will host youth and family activities.

The Vancouver Arts & Music Festival will go on, rain or shine. Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed. Tarps or tenting are not allowed.

Blankets and beach towels are a great option and always welcome. Single size, low-rise beach/lawn chairs are also okay.

There will be food vendors in Esther Short Park. On Saturday and Sunday there will also vendors at the Vancouver Farmers Market on Esther and 8th Streets until 3 p.m.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to the festival. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the festival, except when dining in at one of Vancouver’s award-winning restaurants.  

Unless it is a service animal, please consider leaving your pets at home. If you cannot, please be aware of crowd size and pavement temperatures throughout the festival grounds. All dogs must be on a leash.

    • ADA Accessibility – There are limited ADA parking spaces on the street around Esther Short Park in the downtown area. 
    •  Columbia Bank garage on Broadway and 5th Streets
    • Parking NW Parking Garage – 1111 Main Street
    • Skip the parking and take C-TRAN to the festival! There are many routes that serve downtown Vancouver and a number of park and ride locations across the city. Plan your hassle free trip at www.C-TRAN.com.

There will be some tables with umbrellas near the Bricks Stage at Esther Short Park. The Esther Short Park lawn is available during the day for chairs/blankets. The lawn is used for concert seating from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
