VOLUNTEERS
The success of the festival is made possible thanks to the support of outstanding volunteers who help with setup, vendor support, artist assistance and more.
Training, supplies, water and snacks are provided, along with a commemorative volunteer apron. This opportunity is only open to ages 16+ and volunteers under age 18 must bring a signed minor consent form.
There are multiple volunteer shifts and opportunities during the festival, from Thursday, July 31 through Sunday, Aug. 3. Please review the volunteer shift descriptions for more information. Sign up to volunteer by selecting the shift that works for you on the online RSVP form.

Accessibility is important to us. This event has multiple locations that are wheelchair accessible. Each shift has varying levels of physical activity. There is space on the RSVP form for you to share your accessibility needs so we can find a volunteer role that will work best for you.

Each year, the Vancouver Arts & Music Festival proudly showcases the incredible talent of local dancers, musicians, and visual artists, highlighting the creativity that thrives in our community.
